I had a lot of struggles while working on this web design project but in the end, I really ended up enjoying how mine turned out. Something I was still struggling with in my corrections was including a hyperlink rather than just a plain link so if anyone has some tips let me know! But, throughout this project, I was really able to grow my understanding of how to use the Weebly website and I see myself using it again in the near future. All of its features were pretty easy to understand even without the tutorial videos so using this site was very simple and made this project pretty enjoyable. https://briannaspaaremewebsite.weebly.com/

My use of Diigo so far has been limited but with what I have done I feel that it is useful for some things but other software seems to be more beneficial to me. Diigo is useful as a communication tool and information among groups of people while different software could do a lot more. This could just be because of my limited use of the technology though. It definitely does not seem as advanced as some other educational tools and websites I have used in the past so it has made it hard to navigate for me. I guess my best comparison would be trying to use Facebook as an avid Instagram user, I find that app extremely confusing.

Teachers keeping up with recent technology advancements is a very important topic. Students learn differently every year and technology advances quite literally every second. So staying up to date on the newest and most improved forms of educational technology is very important for teachers and administrators. An interesting website that I found was elearning industry. This website provides anyone who visits the trending educational technology trends, why these things matter, different teaching methods, and a whole lot more. I feel that this website would be very beneficial for teachers who are looking to stay up to date on technology improvements for their student's educational benefits.

 I learned so much while completing this assignment I feel like it really helped me with understanding how to use PowerPoint tools. I had seen my teachers use tools like this before when making a Jeopardy study game but I never understood how until now. I also feel like what I learned could be beneficial for me now in terms of studying.  In EME2040 I have been in a fully online course which I do tend to like since I have more freedom when it comes to school work schedules. For this course, it has been a little bit difficult when I have specific questions and have to search around to find the answer, but I always am able to manage. I think if I was in person it may make it a little bit easier to learn how to use all the tools with face-to-face explanations but either way I've still been able to do it. When I am a teacher something I may be able to do to improve the classroom experience is offer in-depth explanations in person and online and have flexible office hours.  An open education resource is any learning material that is open to being used by anyone and it can be presented in a multitude of ways.
